Pauri 6 — On pilgrimage and the inner jewels

1 verses · Guru Nanak's quiet polemic: bathing at the 68 pilgrimage sites earns nothing unless it pleases Him. The real shrine is interior — the jewels lie within the discerning mind, and one truly-heard teaching from the Guru opens the vault. The same prayer of single remembrance closes the pauri.
