Pauri 16 — The Five Approved; Dharma as the bull holding earth

1 verses · The longest pauri so far names the Panj (Five Approved) who share one Guru and one meditation. Then comes Nanak's daring re-reading: the mythological Bull that holds up the earth is Dharma — child of Compassion, bound by the thread of Contentment. The universe is held up by moral relationship.
