Pauri 28 — Munda santokh (the Yogi's true ornaments)

1 verses · First of four Adesu pauris addressed to the Naths. Guru Nanak takes every external marker of the yogi — ear-rings, bowl, ash, patched cloak, staff, sect — and replaces each with an inner virtue. The signature line: 'man jeetai jag jeet' — by conquering the mind, the world is conquered.
