Pauri 10 — Suniai (Listening) III

1 verses · The third Suniai pauri turns inward, naming the foundational Sikh virtues conferred by listening: Sat (truth), Santokh (contentment), Gyan (knowledge). The merit of 68 pilgrimages is contained in one act. Sahaj dhyan — meditation that arrives by itself — is the fruit. Listening is the seed.
