What SoulVriti is

SoulVriti is a daily-verse reader and reflection companion for contemplative scriptures, operated by SetKernel Digital Inc.. It is not — and does not claim to be — a substitute for religious instruction, mental-health treatment, medical advice, or legal counsel.

Your account (optional)

You can read SoulVriti without an account. Practice features — bookmarks, journal, moods, and your practice record — and cross-device sync require signing in with Apple, Google, or an email sign-in link; there are no passwords. You're responsible for keeping your email account and sign-in providers secure. One account per person.

Your content

Journal entries, reflections, mood logs and content you choose to share in a family or Sangha circle are all yours. You retain full rights and give us only the limited permission needed to host, process and display shared content to the circle members you selected. If you sign in, we store synced copies on our servers solely to provide the requested features. We do not train AI models on your content, and we do not sell, share, or repurpose anything you write. Scripture content

The SoulVriti catalog combines source texts, translations, transliterations, editorial material, and product design. Rights and permitted uses can differ by asset and jurisdiction; we review each asset's source, rights basis, evidence, and attribution before approving it for release. Except where an identified source licence grants broader rights, SoulVriti provides the catalog for personal, non-commercial reading. You're welcome to use the built-in sharing tools for individual passages; please don't scrape or bulk-redistribute the catalog or present another contributor's work as your own.

The AI companion

Ask SoulVriti AI is optional. In every region it asks for explicit permission before a message and selected reading context are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Permission can be withdrawn from the AI disclosure screen. Learned memory is a separate signed-in choice everywhere. Replies are grounded in bounded catalog passages and their displayed citation references are validated, but the model can still misunderstand a source or be wrong. Its output is not religious authority or professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional — the app points to support resources when its safety checks detect crisis language.

Price

SoulVriti is free. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. If paid features are ever introduced, these terms will be updated with notice before anything changes.

Acceptable use

Use SoulVriti for personal reflection and study. Please don't:

• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the service.
• Use the AI companion to generate harmful content.
• Send spam or abuse through the share features.
• Post illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing, impersonating, or privacy-invasive content in circles, names, notes, or dedications.
• Scrape or bulk-redistribute the catalog.
• Impersonate SoulVriti or its operator.

Community safety

Shared-circle text is checked for obvious prohibited content before it is posted. No automated filter is complete, so every visible shared item also has Report and Block actions and reports are reviewed by a human. We may hide or remove content and restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people or comply with law. A person who believes we made a mistake can contact us at the address below with the report or account details; we will review the appeal.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Privacy & data — that erases your account and server-side personal content immediately, subject only to the pseudonymous, metadata-free deletion receipt described in the Privacy Policy. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms — in practice, only for abusive behaviour or spam — and we'll tell you why.

Disclaimers and liability

SoulVriti is provided "as is". While we work hard on the accuracy of every translation and citation, we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (today: nothing, because the service is free). This does not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything the law does not permit limiting.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which SetKernel Digital Inc. is registered; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SoulVriti grows. Material changes will be announced in the app and in the changelog before they take effect. If you don't accept updated terms, you can export your data and delete your account.
