ὥσπερ σκοπὸς πρὸς τὸ ἀποτυχεῖν οὐ τίθεται, οὕτως οὐδὲ κακοῦ φύσις ἐν κόσμῳ γίνεται.

hōsper skopos pros to apotuchein ou tithetai, houtōs oude kakou phusis en kosmō ginetai.

Just as a target is not set up in order to be missed, so evil does not arise in the natural order of the universe.
