Japji Sahib · Pauri 13

Mannay kee gat kahee na jaa-ay. Jay ko kahai pichhai pachhutaa-ay. Kaagad kalam na likhanhaar. Mannay kaa bahi karan veechaar. Aisaa naam niranjan ho-ay. Jay ko mann jaanai man ko-ay.

The state of one who has truly accepted (the Name) cannot be told. Whoever tries to tell it, regrets it afterward. No paper, no pen, no scribe can write it. They sit and reflect on what 'acceptance' even means. Such is the Stainless Name. If anyone truly accepts it in the mind, only that one knows.
