शौचसंतोषतपःस्वाध्यायेश्वरप्रणिधानानि नियमाः ॥३२॥

śauca-saṁtoṣa-tapaḥ-svādhyāyeśvara-praṇidhānāni niyamāḥ

The five niyamas are: purity, contentment, austerity, self-study, and surrender to the Lord.
