जातिदेशकालसमयानवच्छिन्नाः सार्वभौमा महाव्रतम् ॥३१॥

jāti-deśa-kāla-samayānavacchinnāḥ sārvabhaumā mahāvratam

These yamas, when not limited by class, place, time, or circumstance, become the Great Vow — universal in scope.
