स्वस्वामिशक्त्योः स्वरूपोपलब्धिहेतुः संयोगः ॥२३॥

sva-svāmi-śaktyoḥ svarūpopalabdhi-hetuḥ saṁyogaḥ

The conjunction is the cause of recognising the powers of the owned and the owner — that is, of recognising one's own true nature.
