स तु दीर्घकालनैरन्तर्यसत्कारासेवितो दृढभूमिः ॥१४॥

sa tu dīrghakālanairantaryasatkārāsevito dṛḍhabhūmiḥ

Practice becomes firmly grounded when it is continued for a long time, without interruption, and with devotion.
