Bhagavad Gita · 15.7

ममैवांशो जीवलोके जीवभूतः सनातनः।मनःषष्ठानीन्द्रियाणि प्रकृतिस्थानि कर्षति॥

mamaivāṁśho jīva-loke jīva-bhūtaḥ sanātanaḥ manaḥ-ṣhaṣhṭhānīndriyāṇi prakṛti-sthāni karṣhati

An eternal fragment of myself becomes the living entity in this world of life and draws to itself the senses, with the mind as the sixth, which rest in material nature.
