Bhagavad Gita · 5.2

श्रीभगवानुवाचसन्न्यासः कर्मयोगश्च निःश्रेयसकरावुभौ।तयोस्तु कर्मसन्न्यासात्कर्मयोगो विशिष्यते॥

śhrī bhagavān uvācha sannyāsaḥ karma-yogaśh cha niḥśhreyasa-karāv ubhau tayos tu karma-sannyāsāt karma-yogo viśhiṣhyate

The Blessed Lord said: Both renunciation of actions and the yoga of selfless action lead to liberation. But of the two, the yoga of selfless action is superior to the renunciation of actions.
