Yassa pure ca pacchā ca, majjhe ca natthi kiñcanaṃ;Akiñcanaṃ anādānaṃ, tamahaṃ brūmi brāhmaṇaṃ.
Yassa pure ca paccha ca, majjhe ca natthi kincanam; Akincanam anadanam, tamaham brumi brahmanam.
He for whom there is no holding-on before, after, or in between, who possesses nothing and grasps at nothing — him I call a brahmin.
