Dhammapada · 26.37

Cutiṃ yo vedi sattānaṃ, upapattiñca sabbaso;Asattaṃ sugataṃ buddhaṃ, tamahaṃ brūmi brāhmaṇaṃ.

Cutim yo vedi sattanam, upapattinca sabbaso; Asattam sugatam buddham, tamaham brumi brahmanam.

The one who knows the falling-away of beings and their rising-up everywhere, unattached, the well-faring, the awakened — him I call a brahmin.
