Yato yato sammasati, khandhānaṃ udayabbayaṃ;Labhati pītipāmojjaṃ, amataṃ taṃ vijānataṃ.

Yato yato sammasati, khandhanam udayabbayam; Labhati pitipamojjam, amatam tam vijanatam.

Wherever he contemplates the rising and falling of the aggregates, he gains rapture and joy — the deathless of those who know.
