Mettāvihārī yo bhikkhu, pasanno buddhasāsane;Adhigacche padaṃ santaṃ, saṅkhārūpasamaṃ sukhaṃ.

Mettavihari yo bhikkhu, pasanno buddhasasane; Adhigacche padam santam, sankharupasamam sukham.

The bhikkhu who dwells in loving-kindness, full of faith in the Buddha's teaching — may he attain the peaceful state, the happy stilling of all formations.
