Appalābhopi ce bhikkhu, salābhaṃ nātimaññati;Taṃ ve devā pasaṃsanti, suddhājīviṃ atanditaṃ.

Appalabhopi ce bhikkhu, salabham natimannati; Tam ve deva pasamsanti, suddhajivim atanditam.

Even a bhikkhu of small gain, who does not despise his own gain — the gods praise him, the pure-living, the untiring.
