Dhammapada · 25.4

Yo mukhasaññato bhikkhu, mantabhāṇī anuddhato;Atthaṃ dhammañca dīpeti, madhuraṃ tassa bhāsitaṃ.

Yo mukhasannato bhikkhu, mantabhani anuddhato; Attham dhammanca dipeti, madhuram tassa bhasitam.

The bhikkhu controlled in mouth, speaking wisely, not puffed up, who illuminates meaning and Dhamma — sweet is his speech.
