Hatthasaññato pādasaññato, vācāsaññato saññatuttamo;Ajjhattarato samāhito, eko santusito tamāhu bhikkhuṃ.
Hatthasannato padasannato, vacasannato sannatuttamo; Ajjhattarato samahito, eko santusito tamahu bhikkhum.
Restrained in hand, restrained in foot, restrained in speech, supremely restrained; delighting within, concentrated, alone and content — him they call a bhikkhu.
