Dhammapada · 25.2

Kāyena saṃvaro sādhu, sādhu vācāya saṃvaro;Manasā saṃvaro sādhu, sādhu sabbattha saṃvaro;Sabbattha saṃvuto bhikkhu, sabbadukkhā pamuccati.

Kayena samvaro sadhu, sadhu vacaya samvaro; Manasa samvaro sadhu, sadhu sabbattha samvaro; Sabbattha samvuto bhikkhu, sabbadukkha pamuccati.

Good is restraint of the body; good is restraint of speech; good is restraint of mind; good is restraint everywhere. The bhikkhu restrained everywhere is freed from all suffering.
