Tiṇadosāni khettāni, taṇhādosā ayaṃ pajā;Tasmā hi vītataṇhesu, dinnaṃ hoti mahapphalaṃ.
Tinadosani khettani, tanhadosa ayam paja; Tasma hi vitatanhesu, dinnam hoti mahapphalam.
Weeds are the bane of fields; craving is the bane of this humankind. Therefore, what is given to those free from craving yields great fruit.
