Muñca pure muñca pacchato, majjhe muñca bhavassa pāragū;Sabbattha vimuttamānaso, na puna jātijaraṃ upehisi.

Munca pure munca pacchato, majjhe munca bhavassa paragu; Sabbattha vimuttamanaso, na puna jatijaram upehisi.

Let go of the past, let go of the future, let go of the present — going to the further shore of becoming. With mind released in every direction, you will not return to birth and old age.
