Appamādaratā hotha, sacittamanurakkhatha;Duggā uddharathattānaṃ, paṅke sannova kuñjaro.

Appamadarata hotha, sacittamanurakkhatha; Dugga uddharathattanam, panke sannova kunjaro.

Delight in heedfulness, guard your own mind. Lift yourselves out of the difficult place, as an elephant sunk in mud.
