Dhammapada · 21.4

Yesañca susamāraddhā, niccaṃ kāyagatā sati;Akiccaṃ te na sevanti, kicce sātaccakārino;Satānaṃ sampajānānaṃ, atthaṃ gacchanti āsavā.

Yesanca susamaraddha, niccam kayagata sati; Akiccam te na sevanti, kicce sataccakarino; Satanam sampajananam, attham gacchanti asava.

But those whose mindfulness of the body is well-established, who do not pursue what should not be done and persevere in what should — for the mindful, the fully aware, the cankers come to an end.
