Yañhi kiccaṃ apaviddhaṃ, akiccaṃ pana kayirati;Unnaḷānaṃ pamattānaṃ, tesaṃ vaḍḍhanti āsavā.
Yanhi kiccam apaviddham, akiccam pana kayirati; Unnalanam pamattanam, tesam vaddhanti asava.
What should be done is left undone, while what should not be done is done — for the proud and the heedless, the cankers grow.
