Yāva hi vanatho na chijjati, aṇumattopi narassa nārisu;Paṭibaddhamanova tāva so, vaccho khīrapakova mātari.

Yava hi vanatho na chijjati, anumattopi narassa narisu; Patibaddhamanova tava so, vaccho khirapakova matari.

As long as the underbrush of lust toward women is not cut down by a man — even the slightest — his mind is bound, like a milk-drinking calf to its mother.
