Yassa cetaṃ samucchinnaṃ, mūlaghaccaṃ samūhataṃ;Sa vantadoso medhāvī, sādhurūpoti vuccati.

Yassa cetam samucchinnam, mulaghaccam samuhatam; Sa vantadoso medhavi, sadhurupoti vuccati.

But the wise one in whom this — envy, miserliness, deceit — is cut off, rooted out, and destroyed entirely — he who has vomited out hatred — is called a good man.
