Dhammapada · 18.1

Paṇḍupalāsova dānisi, yamapurisāpi ca taṃ upaṭṭhitā;Uyyogamukhe ca tiṭṭhasi, pātheyyampi ca te na vijjati.

Pandupalasova danisi, yamapurisapi ca tam upatthita; Uyyogamukhe ca titthasi, patheyyampi ca te na vijjati.

Like a withered yellow leaf you now are; the messengers of death stand near you. You wait at the threshold of your departure, and you have no provisions for the journey.
