Kāyappakopaṃ rakkheyya, kāyena saṃvuto siyā;Kāyaduccaritaṃ hitvā, kāyena sucaritaṃ care.

Kayappakopam rakkheyya, kayena samvuto siya; Kayaduccaritam hitva, kayena sucaritam care.

Guard against bodily anger, be restrained in body. Abandoning bodily misconduct, practice bodily good conduct.
