Piyato jāyatī soko, piyato jāyatī bhayaṃ;Piyato vippamuttassa, natthi soko kuto bhayaṃ.

Piyato jayati soko, piyato jayati bhayam; Piyato vippamuttassa, natthi soko kuto bhayam.

From the beloved springs grief; from the beloved springs fear. For one wholly freed from the beloved, there is no grief — whence then fear?
