Dhammapada · 15.7

Jighacchāparamā rogā, saṅkhāraparamā dukhā;Etaṃ ñatvā yathābhūtaṃ, nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ.

Jighacchaparama roga, sankharaparama dukha; Etam natva yathabhutam, nibbanam paramam sukham.

Hunger is the greatest illness, formations the greatest suffering. Knowing this as it is, nibbana is the supreme bliss.
