Dhammapada · 14.15

Dullabho purisājañño, na so sabbattha jāyati;Yattha so jāyatī dhīro, taṃ kulaṃ sukhamedhati.

Dullabho purisajanno, na so sabbattha jayati; Yattha so jayati dhiro, tam kulam sukhamedhati.

A noble person is rare — not born everywhere. Where the wise one is born, that family prospers in happiness.
