Dhammapada · 14.7

Anūpavādo anūpaghāto, pātimokkhe ca saṃvaro;Mattaññutā ca bhattasmiṃ, pantañca sayanāsanaṃ;Adhicitte ca āyogo, etaṃ buddhāna sāsanaṃ.

Anupavado anupaghato, patimokkhe ca samvaro; Mattannuta ca bhattasmim, pantanca sayanasanam; Adhicitte ca ayogo, etam buddhana sasanam.

Not insulting, not harming, restraint according to the Patimokkha, moderation in eating, secluded dwelling, devotion to higher mind — this is the teaching of the Buddhas.
