Sabbapāpassa akaraṇaṃ, kusalassa upasampadā;Sacittapariyodapanaṃ, etaṃ buddhāna sāsanaṃ.

Sabbapapassa akaranam, kusalassa upasampada; Sacittapariyodapanam, etam buddhana sasanam.

Not to do any evil, to cultivate the good, to purify one's own mind — this is the teaching of the Buddhas.
