Ye jhānapasutā dhīrā, nekkhammūpasame ratā;Devāpi tesaṃ pihayanti, sambuddhānaṃ satīmataṃ.

Ye jhanapasuta dhira, nekkhammupasame rata; Devapi tesam pihayanti, sambuddhanam satimatam.

The wise, devoted to jhana, delighting in renunciation and calm — the Buddhas, mindful and awakened — even the gods envy them.
