Uttiṭṭhe nappamajjeyya, dhammaṃ sucaritaṃ care;Dhammacārī sukhaṃ seti, asmiṃ loke paramhi ca.

Uttitthe nappamajjeyya, dhammam sucaritam care; Dhammacari sukham seti, asmim loke paramhi ca.

Rouse yourself! Be not heedless! Follow the Dhamma of good conduct. The Dhamma-farer sleeps happily in this world and the next.
