Sukarāni asādhūni, attano ahitāni ca;Yaṃ ve hitañca sādhuñca, taṃ ve paramadukkaraṃ.

Sukarani asadhuni, attano ahitani ca; Yam ve hitanca sadhunca, tam ve paramadukkaram.

Easy to do are things that are unwholesome and harmful to oneself. What is beneficial and good — that is extremely hard to do.
