Yassa accantadussīlyaṃ, māluvā sālamivotataṃ;Karoti so tathattānaṃ, yathā naṃ icchatī diso.

Yassa accantadussilyam, maluva salamivotatam; Karoti so tathattanam, yatha nam icchati diso.

One whose immorality is extreme — like the māluvā creeper that engulfs a sal tree — does to himself what an enemy would wish to do to him.
