Yo sahassaṃ sahassena, saṅgāme mānuse jine;Ekañca jeyyamattānaṃ, sa ve saṅgāmajuttamo.

Yo sahassam sahassena, sangame manuse jine; Ekanca jeyyamattanam, sa ve sangamajuttamo.

Though one may conquer a million men in battle, the supreme conqueror is one who conquers himself.
