Sabbattha ve sappurisā cajanti, na kāmakāmā lapayanti santo;Sukhena phuṭṭhā atha vā dukhena, na uccāvacaṃ paṇḍitā dassayanti.

Sabbattha ve sappurisa cajanti, na kamakama lapayanti santo; Sukhena phuttha atha va dukhena, na uccavacam pandita dassayanti.

The good let go in every situation; the peaceful do not babble out of desire. Touched by happiness or by sorrow, the wise show no elation or depression.
