Dūraṅgamaṃ ekacaraṃ, asarīraṃ guhāsayaṃ;Ye cittaṃ saṃyamessanti, mokkhanti mārabandhanā.

durangamam ekacaram, asariram guhasayam; ye cittam samyamessanti, mokkhanti marabandhana.

Wandering far, going alone, bodiless, lying in the cave of the heart — those who restrain this mind will be freed from the bonds of Mara.
