Dunniggahassa lahuno, yatthakāmanipātino;Cittassa damatho sādhu, cittaṃ dantaṃ sukhāvahaṃ.

Hard to subdue, swift, alighting wherever it wishes — the mind. To tame it is good; a tamed mind brings happiness.
