Dhammapada · 2.7

Mā pamādamanuyuñjetha, mā kāmaratisanthavaṃ;Appamatto hi jhāyanto, pappoti vipulaṃ sukhaṃ.

ma pamadam-anuyunjetha, ma kamarati-santhavam; appamatto hi jhayanto, pappoti vipulam sukham.

Do not pursue heedlessness, do not pursue intimacy with sensual delights. The heedful one, meditating, attains abundant happiness.
