Uṭṭhānenappamādena, saṃyamena damena ca;Dīpaṃ kayirātha medhāvī, yaṃ ogho nābhikīrati.

utthanena-ppamadena, samyamena damena ca; dipam kayiratha medhavi, yam ogho nabhikirati.

By initiative, by heedfulness, by restraint and self-mastery, let the wise one make an island for themself — one that no flood can submerge.
