Asubhānupassiṃ viharantaṃ, indriyesu susaṃvutaṃ;Bhojanamhi ca mattaññuṃ, saddhaṃ āraddhavīriyaṃ;Taṃ ve nappasahati māro, vāto selaṃva pabbataṃ.
Asubhanupassim viharantam, indriyesu susamvutam; Bhojanamhi ca mattannum, saddham araddhaviriyam; Tam ve nappasahati maro, vato selamva pabbatam.
The one who dwells contemplating the unattractive, with senses well-restrained, moderate in food, faithful and energetic — Mara cannot overpower them, as wind cannot move a mountain of rock.
